We’re currently hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to serve seniors throughout the beautiful Rogue Valley, including:
- Medford
- Ashland
- Jacksonville
- Eagle Point
- White City
- Central Point
- Phoenix
- Talent

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you’ll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing:
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance and transportation
- Safety supervision and emotional support
You’ll also:
- Follow individualized care plans
- Communicate with our office team
- Complete daily care notes using our mobile app
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and valid ID
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude
