Role Summary Siemens Healthineers’ PETNET Solutions, a global PET radiopharmaceutical network, leads the industry in delivering high‑quality radiopharmaceuticals and services. The position is a Night Shift Nuclear Pharmacy Manager in a PETNET Solutions Pharmacy. The role includes operational support in compliance with PET cGMP, radiation safety, license commitments, corporate policies and customer support. Responsibilities Production of radionuclides Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals Maintaining inventory Managing P&L responsibilities Supervision of employees and human resources functions Compliance with cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws, corporate policies and applicable authorities Performance of aseptic techniques, sterility and pyrogen testing per SOP Performance of QC procedures with analytical equipment and chemical tests per SOP Managing documents and records Delegating preparation and shipment of radioactive materials per procedure and licensing requirements Delegating operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software Ensuring site cleanliness, orderliness and safety Providing exemplary customer service, telephone support and customer visits as needed Providing personnel training and staff development Qualifications Effective communication skills with the ability to interpret information and follow complex instructions Ability to work independently and/or as part of a cross‑functional team Strong customer relations skills Working knowledge of MS Windows applications Ability to handle 100 lb packages for supervisory duties Preferred Experience Manufacturing lab management experience Management of multiple exempt and non‑exempt employees Benefits Full‑time employees receive medical, dental and vision insurance; a 15% annual bonus plan; 100% matching 401(k) up to 6% of base pay; 20 days of paid time off per year plus 5 floating holidays; and other applicable benefits. Compensation Base pay range: $104,930 - $144,276, depending on geography, experience, education and other qualifications.
