Boucher Volkswagen of Franklin is looking to hire an Express Service Advisor POSITION Boucher Volkswagen of Franklin is looking to hire an entry level Express Service Advisor. Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer\'s descriptions of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into the service database system. This is an entry level position. Clean driving record/drug test required. REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service. Drug test required.
