Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple GTM marketing workstreams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, operational trackers, and status reports.
• Identify dependencies, operational risks, and potential blockers, escalating issues appropriately.
• Establish, standardize, and improve processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Independently manage assigned programs and ensure smooth execution across stakeholders.
• Go-to-Market Strategy & Marketing Operations
• Support GTM planning and operational execution for major Ads Marketing events.
• Coordinate marketing activities related to product announcements, campaign launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Track product release schedules, keynote deadlines, and marketing deliverables to ensure launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align event priorities, customer invitation lists, and GTM timelines.
• Support marketing strategy implementation and operational readiness across multiple workstreams.
• Executive Communications & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align program priorities and execution plans.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, weekly program updates, and leadership communications.
• Communicate program progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions clearly and concisely.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Adapt communication styles when interacting with executives, peers, and operational teams.
• Budget Tracking & Reporting
• Support budget monitoring using established financial processes and reporting tools.
• Track budget utilization and communicate potential overspending or unused funds.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate financial tracking and operational accountability.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, management consulting, business strategy, corporate advisory, or related functions; alternatively, 4+ years with an advanced degree.
• 3+ years of experience working with executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
• 2+ years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong program management skills, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, risk identification, and operational execution.
• Demonstrated experience improving processes, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering results independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and presentations.
• Proficiency in G- Workspace, including G- Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Experience in go-to-market strategy, marketing operations, GTM program management, or sales enablement.
• Experience coordinating marketing initiatives, product launches, customer-facing programs, or large-scale marketing events.
• Background in advertising technology, digital advertising, enterprise sales, or
• Experience at a major management consulting firm, including Big Four consulting firms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI platforms.
• Experience supporting executive communications, marketing performance reporting, and operational dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
