What You’ll Do Leading full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance Building strong partnerships with hiring leaders and the human resources team to understand business needs and provide consultative guidance Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels Conducting candidate phone screens and assessments to identify the best fit for Amwins Maintaining accurate and timely candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System Representing Amwins at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting activities Serving as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up Promoting Amwins’ vision, culture, and values to candidates and external partners Collaborating on recruiting projects, process improvements, and data-driven initiatives Staying informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our recruiting approach What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Proactive mindset – ability to take initiative and drive results. Exceptional organizational skills – proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Tech-savvy approach – proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
