Refrigeration & Ice Machine Technician (Follett Experience Required)

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Ice Machine Technician with hands-on expertise servicing and repairing Follett ice machines and refrigeration equipment . This is a full-time role supporting healthcare and commercial facilities throughout the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate is technically strong, safety-focused, customer-oriented, and holds all required certifications to independently perform refrigeration and ice machine repairs. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain Follett ice machines and related refrigeration systems Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs to manufacturer standards Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues Accurately document service work, findings, and parts used Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams Ensure reliable equipment performance in mission-critical environments Required Qualifications Proven, hands-on experience repairing Follett ice machines (required) Strong background in commercial refrigeration systems EPA Universal Certification (required) Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to read schematics, service manuals, and technical documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in the field Preferred Qualifications Manufacturer training or certifications related to Follett equipment Experience servicing hospitals, healthcare facilities, or commercial kitchens HVAC or refrigeration trade school or apprenticeship completion Note Top-of-range pay available for candidates with deep Follett expertise, advanced certifications, or healthcare experience Full-time, stable employment Consistent work with high-quality clients Supportive operations and leadership team How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with a resume detailing relevant experience and certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
