Who We’re Looking For Experienced technicians who excel in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting and are passionate about delivering high‑quality, transparent auto care. What We Offer Competitive Hourly Pay : Up to $65 hourly or up to $70 flat rate based on experience. Performance Bonus : Up to $10 per billable hour. Sign‑On Bonus : A Level $8,000 Benefits That Work For You Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision PTO + Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Paid Training & Career Development Employee Discounts on Parts & Services Referral Bonuses for Qualified Candidates As a Stress‑Free Auto Care Technician Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high‑quality service Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement Pay/Years Of Experience Breakdown A Level: 7–10+ years (Up to $70 per hour) B Level: 2–7 years (Up to $48 per hour) Tire Tech / C Level: 6 months–2 years (Up to $32 per hour) Physical Requirements Occasionally lift or move over 50 pounds Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head Work in tight spaces as required for repair Use hand‑tools efficiently with required dexterity Walk/stand for majority of the workday Drive manual transmission vehicles Maintain brisk work pace in high‑volume environment Efficiently navigate a computer Disclaimer : Please do not contact store locations directly for hiring updates or inquiries.
