Apartment Porter

Come join our growing Maintenance Team as a Full-Time Porter for our Signature luxury property in Austin, TX!

This position is eligible for our brand new "Texas Stay Program" , which is designed to reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and financially support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date.

Location: The Prescott, our 346-unit luxury residential community located in Austin, TX 78745

Hours: The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily, weekends possible.

Qualifications:

• Education
  1. High school diploma or GED required
• Experience
  1. 1-3 months of related experience preferred
  2. Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills & Certifications:
  1. Valid Driver's License required
