We're looking for an upbeat, team-focused Steward/Dishwasher to help us maintain a clean kitchen, from guest dishware, to cooking equipment and prep stations.

Located in the heart of East Austin, ARRIVE Austin is the perfect neighborhood hotel for guests looking for a blend of modern luxury, local authenticity, and friendly hospitality. With meticulously designed rooms and three distinct dining outlets, ARRIVE Austin welcomes travelers and locals alike. The task at hand:

• Making sure all cooking equipment, cutlery, china and work stations are clean at all times.
• Working efficiently so all equipment, glassware, flatware, and dishware are properly stocked and ready for service.
• Helping to maintain all equipment, glassware, china and cutlery in order to preserve quality.
• Coordinating with Kitchen Management on cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Collecting and placing produce, proteins and other necessary ingredients in their respective places.
• Sweeping kitchen floors before and after service.
• Cleaning the walk-in fridge and making sure all food storage areas are clean.
• Maintaining the kitchen cleaning schedule.
• Working positively and professionally with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation and an enjoyable workplace for all.

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule- must be available to work a variety of shifts
• Requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
