Job Description Regeneration Operator 2 is a pivotal position responsible for mobile equipment regeneration and facility-wide water management operations. This role demands advanced proficiency in chemical handling, resin regeneration methodologies, wastewater management, and overall facility water balancing. The incumbent oversees the entire lifecycle of resin handling, including unloading, reloading onto mobile equipment, and supervising and monitoring resin regeneration and wastewater treatment processes while ensuring optimal water levels across the facility. Additionally, the Regeneration Operator 2 must act as a backup shift lead, display strong leadership skills, and possess thorough knowledge of all facility operations, encompassing dock activities, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory compliance. Duties & Responsibilities Operate and monitor regeneration equipment within proper parameters. Handle resin unloading and loading in trailers and vessels, maintaining equipment parameters. Oversee wastewater management during regeneration and maintain deionized water levels. Execute plant startup and shutdown procedures. Enter SAP production orders for mobile equipment and resin regenerations to track refurbishment and resin regeneration, ensuring resource allocation, inventory management, and cost control. Conduct standard lab tests for quality control (pH, conductivity/resistivity, silica, TDS). Keep thorough records of activities, including checklists, performance data, equipment issues, end‑of‑shift notes, and wastewater tank discharge logs. Maintain safety compliance, wear proper PPE, keep workspace clean, and follow spill response procedures. Communicate with supervisors and team members, providing status updates and participating in team meetings. Suggest process improvements, participate in training, and stay updated with industry best practices. Assign designated equipment to orders based on customer requirements and equipment specifications. Operate forklift as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Workspaces. Forklift certification or ability to obtain. Commitment to safety. Time‑management and organizational skills. Experience with SAP or work‑order/inventory software. Excellent problem‑solving skills. HS diploma, GED, or equivalent.
