Company Description AMS Acquisitions LLC (AMS) is a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and development primarily of multi families development in the NY, NJ and CT markets. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role for two properties in East Brunswick & Bayonne NJ. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of all activities, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and addressing tenant requests in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves preparing budgets and reports, monitoring operating expenses, and supporting capital improvement projects to enhance property performance and resident satisfaction. The Property Manager will collaborate closely with ownership and internal teams to support occupancy goals and uphold the company’s standards of service. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in property management, real estate operations, or facilities management. Proficiency in lease administration, rent collection processes, and tenant relationship management. Ability to coordinate maintenance activities, manage vendors, and oversee building systems and upkeep. Strong skills in budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting for property performance. Knowledge of local housing, building, and safety regulations relevant to residential and commercial properties. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency with property management software (Rent Manager) and common office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work on-site, respond to operational issues promptly, and occasionally handle after-hours emergencies. Prior experience managing properties in the New York/New Jersey area is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. candidate must have at least 5 years of similar experiance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
