Summary The Sales Associate at Diesel's Sawgrass Mills location is responsible for driving personal and store sales while delivering an exceptional client experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role promotes brand awareness, supports visual merchandising and omni-channel initiatives, and helps build a high-performing retail team. The Sales Associate represents the Diesel brand through strong product knowledge and customer engagement. Responsibilities Assist in achieving store sales goals and meet individual sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships. Maintain thorough product knowledge, company history, policies, and merchandising standards. Execute visual merchandising and omni-channel service initiatives. Support and help lead store associates as directed by the Store Manager. Requirements Passion for premium denim and strong interest in fashion trends. Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Ability to learn and apply merchandising standards and omni-channel processes. Flexible, embraces change, and performs well in a fast-paced retail environment.
