Inside Loan Officer | Private Lending / BPL / DSCR | $41K-$70K Base + Uncapped Commission In Office | Tampa, FL Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Inside Loan Officer for a Tampa-based lending platform serving real estate investors nationwide. This opportunity is designed for an established originator who already brings a book of business and client relationships and wants additional leads, products and support to increase funded production. This is not a lead-dependent Loan Officer role. The team is targeting proven originators and closers who actively self-source business, develop investor relationships and own the lending process from initial conversation through closing. Company-generated leads are provided to supplement an existing book of business and create additional production opportunities.
