Seeking a Product Compliance Manager who wants total ownership over global certification roadmaps and timeline strategy. In this role, compliance isn't an administrative hurdle; it holds definitive sign-off authority across systems built for the aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Direct global certifications across UL, CSA, TÜV, CE Mark, UKCA, and CB Scheme
• Set testing schedules, project milestones, and certification budgets with full operational autonomy
• Partner with R&D from Day 1 to architect safety, isolation, and EMC directly into high-voltage designs
• Exercise final approval and veto authority on Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and product launch readiness
• Lead NRTL lab relationships, factory surveillance audits, and root-cause CAPA investigations
• Steer corporate environmental compliance across RoHS, REACH, TSCA, and PFAS standards

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3+ years managing product compliance, safety, or regulatory certifications in electronics manufacturing

✔️ Hands-on expertise with IEC/UL 61010-1 or 62368-1, alongside industrial EMC standards

✔️ Proven track record managing NRTL agency partnerships, witness testing, and factory audits

✔️ Decisive technical judgment with the confidence to approve or hold releases based on regulatory integrity

✔️ Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Electronics Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical background
