We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Safety / Environment:Permanently detect safety risks and react.Apply Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedure with rigor.Ensure respect of all standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system. Manage applicable sections of Safety, Quality & Environment site's Policy.Ensure respect of all safety rules and PPE usage during all intervention on processes.Fill QRAP board on safety issues and alert leader or supervisor.Lead safety conformity actions on production equipment.Lead procedures respect from any workshop operator (especially on safety and quality rules).Ensure Part Production:Ensure part production in respect to safety, quality, schedule, cost and volumeEnsure line setting and tuning to respect defined quality standards 1st, immediately followed by the productivity.Ensure Ok Start for production lines and open QRAP when neededWhen needed, replace resources and operatorsPrepare & participate to Changeovers in order to reduce changeover time.Act to avoid production disruption due to organization malfunctions.Quality:Ensure respect of all quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformityFill QRAP board with quality or process concerns and follow scrap evolution (5 hours). Apply 5 Why methodology for problem solvingControl production line status and react accordingly when maintenance is requiredMaintenance:Analyse defects or breakdowns and lead corrective actions; escalate in case of need.Ensure first and second level maintenance, anticipate maintenance interventions, alert leaders or supervisors when production deviationSupport breakdown maintenance resourcesFill maintenance intervention requestsRealise equipment and process verification prior to start-upApplies ERIM, make it run + detect and solve red tags.Communication / Involvement / Animation / Continuous Improvement:Inform leader or supervisor when technical or quality deviationWelcome and train new comers (setters) using training schedule (Work instruction)Systematically alert electrical or mechanical maintenance department in case of breakdownEnsure and maintain 5S in his areaCreate and realise Improvement Proposals to improve safety, working conditions, quality and productivityUse and improve reaction modes in his area.Join Us!
