Our client, a leading organization in the high-tech operational sector, is seeking a Technical Program Manager -ONSITE to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager -ONSITE, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting technical project execution and portfolio administration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead and execute technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project or Program Management, with a proven track record of delivering business value through technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple workflows independently.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a results-oriented environment.
