Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2203.20/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to provide exceptional urgent care services in a busy ED environment. Candidates must be adaptable, skilled in adult emergency protocols, and able to work flexible shifts, including night hours. Responsibilities: Administer advanced patient care, including central line management, medication delivery, and IV therapy. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, manage dysrhythmias, and respond to emergent cardiac events. Perform respiratory support functions such as CPAP/BiPAP and ventilator management. Conduct triage, implement isolation precautions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Document all patient interactions accurately in EPIC electronic medical records. Float to pediatric ED when needed, maintaining skill proficiency across patient populations. Qualifications: Hold an active NJ or Compact RN license at time of application. Possess at least 1.5 years of adult ED experience. Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC charting system. Certified in ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, and De-escalation Training. Experienced in Central line care, medication administration, and emergency response. Capable of managing ventilators, ABG interpretation, and multi-system organ failure.
