Quality Manager

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Manager to join their team in Middle Tennessee (Cookeville area). Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the quality department, overseeing quality engineers and technical staff Provide hands‑on technical quality and engineering support on‑site and to regional facilities Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics and process improvements Drive scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on quality concerns Develop and manage the departmental budget with P&L accountability Oversee internal audits and ensure compliance with IATF standards Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience 2+ years in a quality leadership role, overseeing quality functions and staff Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, GD&T, and quality tools Understanding of automotive industry standards Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
