Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The schedule offers flexibility, requiring your expertise two days per week. What We’re Looking For:

• Active OT license (or seasoned COTA strongly considered)
• Experience in a school-based setting, particularly with PreK populations
• Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and intervention strategies
• Strong background working with students on the autism spectrum (ASD) is preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and design individualized OT programs for students, primarily in PreK with some K-12 cases
• Support communication and motor skill development, including integrating AAC devices into therapy and classroom routines
• Collaborate closely with educators and other support staff to implement effective interventions
• Document progress and maintain compliance with district requirements
• Provide training and consultative support to staff and families, fostering inclusive educational practices
