Customer Service Representative

Duties include the provision of general oversight and supervision for the GPS Central Monitoring Center, delivery of technical assistance to company staff and governmental agencies, and overall administration of the GPS/RF monitoring program. Works under general supervision while exercising independent decision-making authority.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:o Schedules orientation and installation appointments for all new referralso Manages daily communication and equipment alerts and maintenance itemso Creates individual customer accounts and tracks participant as well as taking paymentso Delivers participant completion, non-compliance, and payment reports to the appropriate supervising agencieso Will have face to face contact with clients (DWI offenders, sex offenders for GPS bracelets)o Perform general maintenance on electronic monitoring equipmento Provide case management to an assigned territoryo Performs installations, removals and basic maintenance of breath alcohol testing equipment (we will train and certify).o Other duties as assigned.o Customer service experienceo Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skillso Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer functionso Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningo Perform data entryo Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.o Effective verbal and written communication skills required.o Clear criminal background preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Recovery Monitoring Solutions LLC
