Becoming Our Office Admin - Customer Service Rep

Become the vital nexus of our operations, blending professionalism with dynamic engagement. Effortlessly manage leads, input data, and synchronize communication between Estimators, Project Managers, Foremen, and Leadership within Contractor Foreman Projects. Shape meticulous project schedules, coordinate with sub-contractors, and curate the vendor directory. Your adeptness will transform estimates into compelling narratives and unveil insightful financial reports. With your deft touch, invoices and lead calls resonate, orchestrating each interaction into a finely tuned opportunity. This role is more than a symphony of responsibilities; it's a masterpiece in the making and all that you need to excel is the following:

Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Contractor Foreman, and OneDrive
Experience in reporting, data entry, and customer service
Typing speed of 60 WPM or more
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Communicates effectively and brings positivity to interactions
