Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist (PT)

13-week Physical Therapist (PT) assignment in Los Gatos, California, working 8-hour day shifts, primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM5:00 PM. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility and functional independence. Clinicians typically treat an average of 14 patients per day in a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation environment.

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and mobility rehabilitation
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage a daily patient caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting
