Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, string trimming, pruning hedges, and using blowers Apply pesticides and herbicides as directed Follow assigned work schedules and complete tasks efficiently Maintain high standards of quality in all work performed Assist with shop duties such as sweeping, organizing, and cleaning Care for and properly handle landscaping equipment, including ensuring correct oil and gas mixtures Build positive relationships with clients and team members Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company operations Qualifications Ability to operate landscaping equipment and drive with a trailer or other small equipment Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license required Professional, friendly attitude with attention to detail and pride in work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Capable of bending, squatting, kneeling, and performing physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days Opportunities for advancement Be part of Hawaii’s Best Landscaping Company #J-18808-Ljbffr
