The Data Entry Associate plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and timely data across our systems, handling a medium daily volume of 100 to 500 entries. This position entails efficiently inputting, verifying, and updating information to support operational needs.

 

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Manage medium volume data entry tasks daily (100-500 entries)
• Assist with data organization and filing as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet data management deadlines

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data entry
• High school diploma or equivalent
