Client Relationship Executive

DataSkate is a specialized IT services company focused on data integration and implementation, working across MuleSoft and Salesforce ecosystems. We partner with enterprise software account teams and their customers to implement and support integration solutions. About This Role This is a field-based role at the intersection of relationship management and sales enablement. You will work within the MuleSoft and Salesforce partner ecosystem in Chicago, building working relationships with account teams, supporting customer conversations, and representing DataSkate's capabilities in the market. This role suits someone who is energized by being out in the field, is naturally good with people, and understands how enterprise software sales works from the inside. What You Will Do Field Relationship Management Build and maintain working relationships with MuleSoft and Salesforce account teams in the Chicago market Represent DataSkate in regular field interactions, office visits, team meetings, and industry touchpoints Develop a strong understanding of each account teams and their member priorities, customer base, and go‑to‑market focus Develop and maintain a working understanding of MuleSoft and Salesforce products, what they do, where they fit, and how they solve common business integration challenges. You are not expected to be a solutions architect, but you should be fluent enough to hold an informed conversation, recognize a customer's underlying need, and know when to bring in the right technical resource. This fluency is what makes discovery conversations credible and reduces unnecessary back‑and‑forth for the customer and the account team. Introduce DataSkate's capabilities to account teams unfamiliar with our work Present DataSkate's account intelligence tools (like AE Dashboard) and outreach capabilities to relevant stakeholders Support account teams in identifying customers who could benefit from integration services Participate in discovery and scoping conversations alongside MuleSoft or Salesforce account teams and the DataSkate solutions team Represent DataSkate professionally in three‑way conversations involving the account team and the end customer Contribute post‑meeting summaries and deal context back to the internal team (DataSakate Sales Support Center) Consistent presence at the MuleSoft Chicago office, four days a week. This is how working relationships deepen, conversations happen, and opportunities surface. If you prefer working remotely, this is not the right fit Provide regular ground‑level feedback on market dynamics, account team sentiment, and messaging effectiveness to internal teams Identify high‑engagement relationships and opportunities worth prioritizing Report weekly on field activity, conversations held, and pipeline signals observed Who You Are Comfortable and confident in field settings, you build credibility quickly without being pushy Familiar with enterprise software sales cycles and the dynamics of partner ecosystems Organized enough to manage multiple relationships simultaneously without dropping threads A strong communicator, you listen well, follow through consistently, and represent a company well in front of senior stakeholders Quick to learn new tools and comfortable working across a distributed team Nice To Have Prior experience in channel sales, partner sales, or field sales within the Salesforce or MuleSoft ecosystem Familiarity with data integration, middleware, or API‑based solutions Existing presence or network within the enterprise software community in Chicago #J-18808-Ljbffr DataSkate
