Restaurant General Manager

General Manager – Estia Greek Taverna | Radnor, PA

Estia Greek Taverna in Radnor, PA is looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, takes pride in running a tight operation, and knows how to bring the best out of their team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running day-to-day front-of-house and bar operations and making sure every guest leaves happy
• Leading, coaching, and scheduling a high-performing service and bar team
• Building and posting weekly schedules and managing labor to budget
• Processing payroll accurately and on time
• Keeping a close eye on Toast POS data — comps, voids, cash handling, and daily sales — and flagging anything that looks off
• Managing OpenTable reservations and coordinating the floor for a smooth guest flow
• Staying on top of bar inventory, liquor ordering, and cost controls
• Working closely with the kitchen on food quality and timing
• Handling guest concerns on the spot with professionalism and care
• Reporting to ownership on performance, staffing, and operations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in an upscale or full-service restaurant
• Comfortable working with Toast POS, OpenTable, and Excel for scheduling and reporting
• Experience managing a full bar and overseeing responsible alcohol service
• Strong leadership skills — you know how to motivate a team and hold people accountable
• Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Familiarity with Greek cuisine is a plus but not required
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
