A Day in the Role:

• Serve as the primary on-site point person for managing the end-to-end participant experience, from check-in to setup and data collection.
• Guide participants through study protocols, monitor session quality, and act as the first point of contact for any troubleshooting.
• This role requires attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor to ensure a smooth, reliable data collection process for every session.
• Responsible for managing multiple participants at time under the supervision of the Study Lead who will be on site and provide training and support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with a wide range of people.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Ability to stay organized and attentive to detail during live sessions.
• Basic comfort using technology (e.g., iPads, apps, note-taking tools).
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years experience in customer support or project coordination
• Diploma or GED required
• Hospitality/ Client-Facing Experience
• Advanced MS Office Experience

This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
