Rehabilitation Provider – PT, OT, or PTA

Catalyst Physical Therapy is seeking a  Full-Time & Part-Time Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team.

What You'll Do

Depending on your professional discipline and scope of practice, responsibilities may include:

• Provide individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation services based on each patient's functional needs, goals, and established plan of care.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, functional training, neuromuscular re-education, manual techniques, patient education, mobility training, and other discipline-appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in functional status or treatment response with the rehabilitation team.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations, home programs, safety, and strategies to improve function and independence.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation within the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, PTAs, technicians, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Participate in care coordination and discharge planning as appropriate to professional scope of practice.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused clinic environment.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments within the clinician's respective scope of practice.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals.
• Modify plans of care based on patient progress and clinical response.

Physical Therapist Assistants

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement established plans of care and communicate patient progress, concerns, and treatment response to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate closely with the PT and rehabilitation team to support continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program appropriate to the position:
• • Physical Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physical Therapist Assistant
• Current Texas professional license or eligibility for Texas licensure appropriate to the position.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities appropriate to professional role.
• Patient-centered and goal-oriented approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative rehabilitation environment.
• Comfortable utilizing electronic documentation and practice-management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, or functional rehabilitation experience.
• Interest in continued professional and clinical development.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
