Patient Experience & Scheduling Specialist

OVP Health Care

OVP Health Care in Huntington, WV seeks a Patient Encounter Specialist to greet patients, schedule appointments by phone and coordinate follow-ups in a face-to-face setting. You will check in patients, collect co-pays, input insurance details, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

This role requires basic medical office knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in a medical office is preferred; CPR certification is a plus.
