Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices and technology. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological needs. Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Coordinate and delegate care to interdisciplinary teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. Monitor patient responses, evaluate outcomes, and revise care plans as necessary. Uphold professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the practice state, with transfer of compact licenses if applicable. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong patient care delivery, communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills. BSN degree preferred, with less than 12 months of experience requiring completion within four years. Physical & Other Requirements Ability to see, hear, communicate effectively, and manipulate equipment. Ability to lift and transfer patients, navigate busy environments, and stand for extended periods. May require driving and transportation of supplies and patients.
