Production Manager - Residential RemodelingCutler Building & Remodeling, Inc. We're known for our craftsmanship, professionalism, and commitment to providing an exceptional client experience.We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and oversee the successful execution of residential remodeling projects. You'll provide leadership to our Project Managers and field teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the quality standards our clients expect.If you're an experienced residential construction leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoLead, coach, and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, carpenters, and production staffOversee multiple residential remodeling projects from preconstruction through final completionManage company-wide production scheduling, staffing, and workload planningSupport Project Managers by resolving escalated field issues and removing roadblocksPartner with the preconstruction team to ensure projects are fully prepared before construction beginsMonitor project budgets, job costs, change orders, and profitabilityMaintain high standards for quality, safety, documentation, and jobsite professionalismBuild strong relationships with subcontractors and hold trade partners accountable for quality and performanceImprove production processes, reporting, and operational efficiency to support continued growthCollaborate with company leadership to strengthen accountability, consistency, and project executionWhat We're Looking For8+ years of residential remodeling or custom home construction experience3+ years leading Project Managers, Superintendents, or production teamsStrong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and jobsite operationsProven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teamsExperience managing multiple active projects and production schedulesExcellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExperience with construction management software; JobTread experience is highly preferred and CompanyCam experience is a plusValid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to local jobsitesWhat Success Looks LikeWithin this role, you'll help ensure:Projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to Cutler's quality standardsProject Managers receive the leadership, coaching, and accountability needed to succeedHomeowners experience proactive communication and a well-managed construction processProduction schedules and workflows remain organized, efficient, and predictableStrong partnerships are maintained with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams while protecting profitability and delivering exceptional workmanshipCompensation & Benefits$115,000-$125,000 annual salary, depending on experiencePerformance bonus opportunitiesVehicle allowance or mileage reimbursementHealth insurance401(k)Paid Time Off and paid holidaysTechnology and professional development supportLong-term career opportunity with an established residential remodeling companyWhy Join Cutler Building & Remodeling?You'll join a company with more than three decades of success and a reputation for quality craftsmanship throughout MetroWest Massachusetts.
