Marketing Manager

Description Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will own and execute all marketing operations for our Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice. In this end-to-end in-house role, you will bridge content creation and technical marketing handling video capture, graphic design, social media, paid ads (PPC/Paid Social), and SEO. You will work directly with our physicians, audiologists, and clinical team to showcase our specialized treatments (e.g., sinus, allergy, hearing/audiology, facial plastics, sleep apnea) and drive patient appointments. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Media Production Video Recording & Editing: Shoot, script, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, educational patient videos, doctor interviews). Graphic Design: Design digital and print assets, including social media posts, website banners, patient education flyers, brochures, event materials, and digital signage. Storytelling: Translate complex medical/ENT topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content for patients. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation (SEM) Paid Search (Google Ads): Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns targeting high-intent ENT and audiology keywords to drive appointment bookings. Paid Social (Meta Ads): Run targeted ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to build local brand awareness and capture patient leads. Budget & Performance: Monitor ad spend, track cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and continuously A/B test ad creatives and copy. Social Media & Community Engagement Channel Management: Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and channel growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Community Interaction: Engage with comments and inquiries in a timely, professional manner while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance. Organic Search & Website Management (SEO) Local SEO: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for all practice locations and physicians to rank high in local map packs. On-Page & Technical SEO: Produce SEO-optimized blog posts, service pages, and landing pages to attract search traffic for local ENT services. Reputation Management: Oversee patient review generation strategy (Google, Healthgrades, Vitals) and respond appropriately. Strategy, Analytics & Reporting Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and ad managers. Reporting: Deliver monthly reports on website traffic, lead generation, ad performance, ROI, and appointment conversions. Performs any other duties as assigned. Requirements Skills/Abilities: Exceptional interpersonal skills. Proficiency in video editing apps (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop). Experience using WhatsApp Business or similar messaging platforms for professional outreach. (Preferred) Previous experience working with doctors or pharma reps is a major plus. Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to local medical offices and events. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film Production, or a related field or equivalent portfolio‑proven experience (preferred). 3-5 years of experience managing professional social media accounts or creating digital content for a brand/agency. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged period of standing, moving, and bending. Must be able to use photography equipment, such as cameras, lights, and microphones. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
