Role Summary:

The Paid Media Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing full-funnel paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign management, creative coordination, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that drive measurable results.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in paid media campaign management including programmatic and social (Meta and X). Hands on experience with DSPs, including campaign planning, trafficking, execution, and optimization. Experience buying with Basis DSP is a plus. Proven ability to optimize campaigns to performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR. Experience collaborating with creative and other cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

Partner with the Senior Paid Media Manager to develop and execute multi-channel Paid Media campaigns. Maintain proactive and consistent communications with media partners regarding campaign planning, execution, performance, and problem resolution. Build and optimize paid media campaigns across ad platforms, ensuring accurate targeting based on objectives. Analyze and summarize media performance metrics across channels, providing actionable insights to improve ROAS and overall campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with eCommerce, brand, retail, and creative teams to execute digital marketing strategies. Brief creative needs and work closely with internal teams or external vendors to develop and launch assets on schedule. Manage creative feedback from stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of all assets. Support in the implementation of the testing calendar to continually test new creative, tactics, tools, etc. and apply learnings to optimize the day-to-day strategies.
