Payroll Analyst

Payroll Analyst MLee has been contracted by a local facility to find an experienced Payroll Analyst to join their growing team. Job Description: As a Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of an organization's payroll. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, calculating, and distributing payroll, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Some of their specific duties include: Reviewing and processing employee pay data, including hours worked, overtime, and deductions. Managing the payroll system and ensuring that all data is entered accurately. Auditing payroll records to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Reconciling payroll accounts and preparing payroll reports Managing employee payroll inquiries and providing assistance and support to employees Assisting with year-end payroll processes and W-2 preparation Continuously researching and staying current on changes in payroll regulations and laws Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business Admin, finance, accounting, or related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial accounting or related field A Masters degree in any above field with at least 2 years of experience If you think you will be a good fit for this position and are interested in learning more please send your resume and reach out to the below recruiter.
