Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ Commission-Based

Responsibilities:

• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

• Work directly with pre-qualified buyers and sellers from consultation through closing
• Convert provided leads into active clients and closed transactions
• Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems and structured workflows
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
• Conduct and participate in open houses to engage prospective clients
• Manage pipeline, appointments, and daily schedule efficiently
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications:

• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Self-motivation and drive
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

Ideal candidates will have:

• An active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence using CRM tools and digital systems
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• A coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude
