You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close

• Work directly with pre-qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing
• Guide clients through home searches, financing options, and purchase decisions
• Maintain consistent communication using CRM systems and structured follow-up processes
• Convert buyer appointments into closed transactions through strong relationship-building
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that leads to referrals and repeat business
• Conduct and participate in open houses to engage prospective buyers
• Manage pipeline, schedule, and daily appointments efficiently
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team development meetings

Qualifications:

• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
