Production Associate

The Cary Company is hiring a Production Associate to join our Pittsburgh operation. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, follows procedures, and helps set a positive example on the floor. This is a hands-on role with steady hours, strong benefits, and room to grow.

Pay: $20-$24/hour (based on experience, reliability, and ability to work independently) + Benefits (details below) Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling plastic containers, recycling materials, and industrial drums
• Palletizing product and using basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following safety procedures and standard work no shortcuts
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly
• Working on your feet in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (we'll train)
