Your Impact as an RN Supervisor:

As a vital leader on our team, you will:

Supervise & Mentor: Direct the daily activities of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure the highest standards of person-centered care.
Coordinate Care: Oversee comprehensive resident care plans, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and regulatory standards.
Problem Solve: Act as a key clinical liaison, managing staffing needs, addressing family concerns, and resolving clinical challenges in real-time.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Leader: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
Compassionate Expert: A strong critical thinker with a deep commitment to providing high-quality care to seniors.
