As a vital leader on our team, you will:

• Supervise & Mentor: Direct the daily activities of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure the highest standards of person-centered care.

• Coordinate Care: Oversee comprehensive resident care plans, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and regulatory standards.

• Problem Solve: Act as a key clinical liaison, managing staffing needs, addressing family concerns, and resolving clinical challenges in real-time.

• Drive Quality: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure the safety and well-being of our cherished community.

• Licensed Leader: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
