Job Description
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Palliative Care & Symptom Management Program in Southern California supporting patients with cancer and other serious illnesses. The provider will work primarily inpatient as a consultative service, while also providing care in the associated outpatient oncology/palliative clinic. The program focuses on symptom management, advance care planning, goals-of-care discussions, treatment preferences, and transitions of care.

- Strong interdisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, RNs, social work, and support services
- Physician oversight and collaboration
- Growing palliative care program with expanding consultative services
