Lutheran Services Florida seeks a Family and Community Engagement Advocate to strengthen connections between families, schools, and community resources. In this community-facing role, you will coordinate outreach events, provide referrals, and support families in accessing child welfare, mental health, substance abuse, and education services. Working within a compassionate, collaborative culture, you’ll partner with community agencies and internal teams to enhance engagement, track outcomes, and improve service delivery for diverse families across Florida.
