Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of children to understand their needs and developmental status.

• Participate actively in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development process, collaborating with families and multi-disciplinary teams to create tailored care plans.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies and report outcomes based on established benchmarks.

• Provide emotional and educational support to families, including guidance in implementing at-home strategies that promote their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices in your developmental approach, integrating Natural Learning Environment Practices as an essential part of intervention.
\n
• Develop and maintain rapport with children and their families, creating a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters trust and positive outcomes.

• Comply with all relevant Federal and State regulations, ensuring that our practices adhere to established standards of health and safety.

• Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities to refine skills and remain informed about the latest developments in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children from birth to three years old who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Our focus is on helping these young learners acquire essential skills across various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities. You will play a vital role in facilitating early interventions that support not only the children's growth but also empower their families with the knowledge and confidence to assist in their development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for potential travel to support families within the community.

• Demonstrated experience working with children in early intervention settings, ideally with at least one year of relevant experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
