Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Employment Type: Full-Time Location: On-Site in Encino, CA 91436 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour workday within the hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. What We Offer: 401k + Matching Position Overview We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented and motivated SEO Marketing Specialist to support the execution of our search engine optimization strategies. This is a unique role in which the employee will report to the CMO while completing much of their day‑to‑day work through detailed instructions and workflows generated by the company’s proprietary AI systems. The ideal candidate is someone who follows instructions carefully, notices small details, completes repetitive and process‑driven work accurately, and is comfortable learning new tools and systems. Previous marketing or SEO experience is helpful but not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is curious, dependable, adaptable, and eager to develop their knowledge and grow within the role. Key Responsibilities Follow detailed instructions and workflows provided through the company’s proprietary AI systems. Complete assigned SEO tasks accurately, thoroughly, and within established deadlines. Review AI-generated instructions and outputs for completeness, consistency, and obvious errors. Conduct keyword research and organize keyword data according to established processes. Assist with on‑page SEO activities, including updating page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and other website content. Upload, format, and optimize website content using the company’s content management systems. Perform quality‑control checks before changes or content are published. Track assignments, document completed work, and maintain accurate records. Monitor basic SEO performance metrics and prepare reports using established templates. Identify unclear, conflicting, or incomplete instructions and elevate questions rather than making unsupported assumptions. Learn and consistently apply evolving SEO standards, company procedures, and AI‑supported workflows. Collaborate with the CMO and other marketing team members on SEO and content‑related projects. Provide feedback on AI‑generated workflows to help improve their clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Demonstrated ability to follow written instructions and multi‑step processes consistently. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Willingness and ability to learn SEO concepts, marketing practices, and new technology. Comfort working with AI‑powered tools and adapting to evolving systems and processes. Ability to recognize potential errors, ask thoughtful questions, and seek clarification when needed. Strong written communication and basic proofreading skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with limited supervision. Dependable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement. Basic proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and web‑based platforms. Marketing, SEO, website, or content management experience is preferred but not required. Preferred Experience Familiarity with SEO concepts, keyword research, or content optimization. Experience using content management systems such as WordPress. Experience working with spreadsheets, project‑management platforms, or analytics tools. Experience in a process‑driven, quality‑control, data‑entry, research, or administrative role.
