Senior Construction Project Manager

A locally established design build firm located in Rockville; Maryland is looking for a full-time Senior Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in design and construction of commercial projects for Government agencies in the Metropolitan area. Minimum education is BS in engineering, architecture, or construction management. Responsibilities Review design build drawings for coordination Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Oversee all stages of project life cycle Provide timely status reports to stakeholders Qualifications Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Professional architectural / engineering license is preferred 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project Experience working with a team Strong organizational and project management skills Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints Detail-oriented and strong communication skills Employment Type Full-time Salary & Benefits $130k-$200k based on experience Health insurance & 401K The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution.
