Full-Time | $18.00-$20.00 per hour | Benefits Available

Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring a Business Office Manager to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day business office functions while working closely with residents, families, insurance providers, and facility staff to ensure accurate billing, collections, and financial documentation.

• Manage resident billing, collections, and account balances
• Assist residents and families with financial paperwork, including Medicaid-related documentation
• Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals
• Process admissions paperwork and financial agreements
• Maintain accurate business office records and required documentation
• Support daily business office operations while ensuring regulatory compliance

• Experience in billing, collections, or business office operations preferred
• Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
