LPN/LVN Rehabilitation

We are seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to join our rehabilitation team. This position is located in a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation environment. Our focus is on the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. The rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment throughout the recovery journey. Customized and intense rehabilitation is tailored to the individual needs of patients. Conditions treated include stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
