Overview Bilingual Human Resources Manager Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Base Responsibilities Serve as an integral member of the plant leadership team. Manage the administration and implementation of Human Resources programs and initiatives. Proactively identify talent-related performance issues, including employee retention and engagement, and partner with local management to implement effective solutions. Analyze and leverage HR data to identify potential concerns and support recommended actions. Ensure legal compliance, fairness, and consistency in employment practices, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, and compensation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
