• *Shift** Modified 2nd Shift | Sunday (10:30pm-6:30pm) | Monday-Thursday (2:30pm-10:30pm)

Modified 2nd Shift | Saturday (10:30pm-6:30pm) | Tuesday-Friday (2:30pm-10:30pm) 3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 10:30pm to 6:30am **What you´ll do** Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Conduct equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential failures before they impact production. Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations to meet production needs. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in the CMMS system. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. Adhere to all safety standards, LOTO procedures, and company maintenance policies. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. **What makes you a good fit** High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals. Experience with VFDs, PLCs, sensors, pumps, conveyors, and robotic systems. Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. **Shift Details** 1st Shift, Monday through Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm

1. nd Shift, Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 10:30pm, Shift differential $2.00
2. rd Shift, Sunday through Friday 10:30pm to 6:30am, Shift differential $1.50

The hourly rate for this role is **$27.00 - $35.00 per hour + $1,000 sign on bonus** . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
