As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare purchasing and operations setting. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and help support authorized access to restricted areas. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
