Indian Executive Chef - Los Angeles

Our upscale restaurant in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating authentic and innovative Indian dishes as well as strong leadership skills to oversee our kitchen operations. Responsibilities Create and update menu items that reflect the latest Indian culinary trends Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to high-quality standards Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen at all times Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting with a focus on Indian cuisine Extensive knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work full-time hours without accommodation This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $900 per week.
