We are seeking a Corporate Security Officer - Part Time - to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will secure an assigned corporate office location as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. This person will function as a relief officer, with one guaranteed shift per week. Opportunities for additional hours are based on callouts and special requests from client on an as needed basis.

Schedule is one day per week, working 8:30am-3:00pm every Saturday. Additional shifts are limited but may be available on an as needed basis to cover callouts.  

This is a high-visibility, low-supervision corporate assignment . This post is not a basic standing guard position and requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to independently assess and respond to potential risks in a professional corporate environment.

Significant prior experience is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates include retired or former law enforcement officers, military veterans, or seasoned corporate security professionals accustomed to operating independently in professional office environments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or disruptions to business
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to operate autonomously
• Strong attention to detail
